1 Identity of the Data Controller

James Marcus Patman (hereinafter, "Ancuria" or the "Data Controller"), with domicile at Calle Aldama 470, Sin Número Interior, Colonia El Cerro, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, C.P. 48304, Mexico, is the data controller of the Personal Data you provide through the Ancuria™ Inteligencia Inmobiliaria platform.

2 Purposes of the processing

Your Personal Data will be used to: create and manage your Account; provide the Platform services you engage or use, including its Artificial Intelligence, real-estate Marketplace and Market Indicator modules; process payments and issue tax receipts; provide you with care and support; and comply with applicable legal obligations. Additionally, for purposes not necessary to the Service, we may use your data to send you marketing communications about new modules or promotions, unless you tell us otherwise.

3 Transfers

Your Personal Data may be shared with providers of technology infrastructure, payment processing and Artificial Intelligence services acting on Ancuria's behalf (data processors), as well as, with your prior consent and only where applicable, with other third parties as detailed in the Full Privacy Notice.

4 Use of Artificial Intelligence

Your interactions with the Platform's Artificial Intelligence Agents may be stored to operate the service, for quality control, and —preferably in anonymized form— to improve our models. The results generated by those Agents and by our Market Indicators are informational in nature and do not constitute financial or legal advice, nor an automated decision with definitive legal effects on you.

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your Personal Data, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to legal@ancuria.com.

7 Changes to this Notice

By continuing, you declare that you have read this Simplified Notice and the Full Privacy Notice, and you grant your consent to the processing of your Personal Data as established therein, unless you exercise the rights and options described in section 5.
