Software for real estate agencies and agent teams

Ancuria is the software a real estate agency uses to publish its inventory once and make it visible to the entire agent network, answer questions with the AI assistant during the visit, and decide with real market data by neighborhood. Built for how Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit actually work.

What can a real estate agency do with Ancuria?

Three things: publish, attend, decide. Publish: every property is entered once and the agent network sees it. Attend: the AI assistant answers questions about each property during the visit; lead attention on listings arrives with the Virtual Agent (coming soon). Decide: market indicators by city and neighborhood show the median rent and real area activity before you accept or quote a listing.

Does it work for teams or only individual agents?

Plans are stage-based — Basic, Asistente and Inteligencia — so every agent starts free and adds tools as their portfolio grows; the agency takes the same path without a long rollout. The network shares annual, six-month and vacation rental inventory, which is exactly what a regional agency needs to move.

How does my team start?

Every agent creates a free account, publishes their first properties and tries the assistant on a visit. When lead flow grows, paid plans add sharing and export, the Virtual Agent (coming soon) and client memory.
